Facilities at Futura Sixth

Futura Sixth is a collaboration between three schools, Wellsway School, IKB Academy and SBL Academy. Both Wellsway School and IKB Academy are located on the Wellsway Campus in Keynsham of the Bath Road or Chandag Road. This campuses is easily accessible by a variety of public transport links but is also served by the Futura Sixth free transport service that runs between this and the SBL campus. The SBL campus is located in North Street, Oldland Common, approx. a 12/15 minute journey from the Wellsway Campus.

The Wellsway Campus

Two secondary schools and two primary schools are located on the campus, with a variety of sports facilities to include outdoor grass pitches and hard court mugga facilities, also a floodlit all-weather pitch and sports hall facilities.

The campus also offers state of the art science laboratories and engineering workshops, alongside theatre and drama facilities with private music rooms for individual practice and lessons. As a school campus there is a pleather of academic classrooms and a 100 seater lecture theatre available to support post-16 students transition to university life.

The SBL Campus

SBL Academy provides a variety of sports facilities to include outdoor grass pitches and hard court mugga facilities, also a floodlit all-weather pitch and sports hall facilities.

The campus also offers state of the art science laboratories and engineering workshops, alongside theatre and drama facilities. As a school campus there is a pleather of academic classrooms.
